Nothing about Syndicate's single player is fun.
I really hate to say it, because a friend of mine who had worked on the game gave me the copy I have to play, but I have not had any fun at all since I started playing it. The game does a horrible job of explaining to you how to properly use your abilities, or even that you have the ability at all.
The very first boss fight took me two hours to beat. Two hours. 118 of those 120 minutes was spent...

This one is the fucking greatest. The last 2/3 is pure James Murphy production and Andre amazingness. This was recorded on the last day of their 3 day collaboration, and was completely improvised.
